Angel's Sinfully Delicious Cookie Co. Birthday Bash - Fox Talbots, Nottingham.

On Saturday evening, I headed over to Fox Talbots, a relatively new coffee shop on Mansfield Road in Nottingham to celebrate the first birthday of Angel's Sinfully Delicious Cookie Co.

After moving over to Derby from the states, Angel decided to start making her sinfully delicious cookies as a hobby which quickly transpired into a job.
With worldwide shipping and no shortage of orders, Angel spends most of her time in the kitchen in a bid to pursue her dream to change the way social care works for vulnerable children and families across the globe.

I've been chatting with Angel for quite some time over social media and admiring the treats that she creates. Therefore when I received an invite to her event, I couldn't decline!

I was a few minutes early, purely because I had no clue where Fox Talbots was and wanted to make sure I could actually locate it! It was surprisingly easy to find for someone who doesn't know Nottingham too great.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Angel and she took me over to see all of the amazing taters she had been making especially for all of the guests. I was gob-smacked. They all looked so tasty.

The ones that caught my eye first were the Creme Egg Cookies. I mean, Creme Egg Cookies!? Amazing.
I quickly took the first one to ensure I wasn't left disappointed when there were none left.

We also had a traditional looking American Apple Pie, Banoffee Pie, Carrot Cake, Polverons, Oatmeal Cookies, Lemon Poppy Seed Cakes, Vanilla Cupcakes topped with Strawberries. The list goes on!
Angel also makes treats that cater for specific dietary requirements too, so there were also Vegan and Gluten Free options.

It wasn't long before the party was in full swing with a great turnout of guests, live music and chatting/ networking with other people.

Fox Talbots runs alongside a photography studio called Photo Nottingham and are both owned by Stuart McIntyre. He treated me and fellow blogger Sherry Scribbles to a tour of the studio.
It was great to be able to see his work covering the walls. They are really impressive.

There's also lots of beautiful artwork by Buster Fisher too. His work really stands out and looks beautiful.

The evening soon came to and end after time passed so quickly.
Angel gave a lovely speech, thanking everyone for coming and presented her husband with a belated birthday cake.

Before leaving, I was sure to grab a goodie bag which contained a super soft Chocolate Chip Cookie two cute portions of Rocky Road, which funnily enough I've never tried before but I've fallen in love. Chocolate covered marshmallows and nuts... I'm sold.

Angel is such a talented baker and inspirational lady. All of the samples that I tried this evening were so, so good. She also throws a great party too, hopefully there are more to come in the future.

If you'd like to buy some of Angel's Sinfully Delicious Cookies, head over to her Etsy shop here.
As well as the cookies advertised, she creates custom orders too so the possibilities are endless.

Also, give her a like on Facebook or follow on Twitter.

Thanks Angel for an amazing night and to Fox Talbots who were great hosts.
I'll be back for more cookies soon.
